The Ordering Process Online

1. Your order is electronically received via the website

2. We pick your order and calculate postage – postage is FREE Australia Wide for all orders $700 or more excluding gst .

3. We process the order and either:

- Inform you of the proforma invoice amount (where payment is made prior to dispatch) 0r
- Process the order on an approved 30 day account.
4. Once payment is received (or credit approved) the goods are dispatched via Australia Post or Startrack  with the invoice enclosed.

Minimum Orders

We are wholesalers to the retail trade and as such, there are some minimum quantities on some lines (mostly packs of 5 or 10). We have tried to keep these minimums as low as possible to assist the smaller retailers in buying, however on some lines we must insist on the nominated pack sizes.

Minimum order value is $300.00 ex gst and freight
